I'm Mauricio, a Data & Cloud Engineer focused on designing and building scalable data systems and production-ready ML solutions.
I specialize in turning complex, messy data into reliable pipelines and intelligent services that drive real decisions. My work sits at the intersection of data engineering, machine learning, and cloud architecture, with a strong emphasis on simplicity, performance, and long-term maintainability.
I have hands-on experience across the full lifecycle — from data ingestion and modeling to deployment and monitoring — always prioritizing robust systems over experimental prototypes.

Built with Astro, React, and Tailwind CSS. Deployed to S3 + CloudFront. All infrastructure managed with Terraform. Analytics are fully self-hosted — no Google Analytics or third-party scripts.
